We reserve the right to modify pricing or refuse service. We may limit or cancel orders based on account, card, or address details. If communication from the client pauses for more than three weeks, a restart fee of $199 USD applies before resuming services.

All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel ongoing services at any time via email: hello@un-shore.com.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at our sole discretion.
